The respect for others supervisory attribute is my living experience of times when I give respect to other people, for instance, young and elderly individuals. Also, recognizing and acknowledging other people in my daily living acquaints me with formally accepted circumstances and at the same giving  various benefits to other persons.

VI. Why Supervisors using Textbook Technique fail: The strategy of using textbook is settled for by supervisors drawing reference from previously known contexts. Be that as it may, with time the practical situation of a majority of the issues seems to particularly evolve over time. In this way, the evolving circumstances require different supervisory techniques which do not exist in the textbooks.
